Potomac Companies’ internal Customer Service Department delivers an unparalleled level of attention to claim, eligibility, and carrier service related issues. The Customer Service Department is available directly to insured client employees, as well as client managers. We make ourselves available to review, pursue, and rectify issues – claim, eligibility, and carrier service related inquiries – as they arise in order to relieve the burden from the insured and the client’s HR staff. Our diligence and attention to detail ensures that client staff needs are met.
